A Reusable Handmade, Rice Filled Hot/Cold Pack. Perfect for those aches and pains, specifically joints and period pains.
These can be supplied with or without lavender, please use the dropdown menu to select your preference. We use dried lavender from locally sourced farms in Northamptonshire.
Made with 100% Cotton and cotton thread.
To Heat
Place is microwave (with small bowl of water to prevent scorching)
Heat for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Approximately 4 minutes to reach temperature depending on microwave settings.
To Cool
Place in fridge or freezer until desired temperature is reached.
