The Personalised 'The Day You Were Born' Keepsake Book

The book tells the personalised story of the child’s first day, abstracted in a magical, whimsical world and told in baby-friendly rhyme. In our story brightly coloured birds sing the baby’s name, a committee of inchworms measure their birth length and four woolly sheep on a spinning mobile count their fingers and toes. Hovering sparrows check the babies birth weight and llamas bring gifts of fluffy new pyjamas.

The child is represented by our adorable newborn baby elephant, or baby penguin, and you can select the character you prefer. Our story charmingly records the details of the wonderful first day: date and town of birth, birth weight and parents titles (eg. Mummy and Daddy, Mama and Papa, etc).

Just ONE photo of the baby can be uploaded to appear at the end of the book (if required). The quickest and simplest way to send us the picture is via the "contact seller" button after you have placed the order. Click on the correct order and you will find the contact seller button lower down the order page. You can also use the "photo upload" after checkout, which sends it to [email protected] and they will forward to us.. We require your image on the same day as your order. Size: minimum 500kb and Maximum 8MB (should be at least 915 pixels in size) - please enter vertical or portrait images (taller than wide) and not landscape. If not required simply answer "No" to the order form question.

Enter a maximum of 13 letters for the first name. We think first name only works better than using a middle name. Use Mixed case please rather than Capitals (eg. please enter Noah and not NOAH). Remember to check spelling carefully - we print exactly as you enter!
