Spice Level: Our mixes contain a balanced level of chilli powder for flavour. Use the included sachet to customise the heat to your preference; the recipe card will guide you on when to add it.

- White Basmati Rice, Chickpea Flour, Salt (Pure Anglesey Sea Salt), Coriander Seeds, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Chili Powder, Turmeric, Fenugreek Leaves, Anise Seeds, Curry Leaves, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf.
Allergens:
- Contains Sulphites. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. Made in an environment that contains nuts.
Chilli powder has already been added to the spice mixes to a regular spice level (the way we enjoy it, using spice to create flavour).
There is a small organic chilli sachet in the box so that you can increase the spice level to your taste (if you wish). The instructions on the recipe card will explain when to add your desired amount.
If you don’t wish to add extra chilli powder, please keep the small sachet for personal use.
