A beautiful tailor-made cotton and silk face mask, designed from upcycled white and yellow star printed cotton and beautifully soft sustainably sourced silk.

Choose from our selection of vintage and pre-loved cotton fabrics, which we redesign into super comfortable and breathable face masks for you, your family or as a gift. my MASKS are a caring, feel good and do good sustainable gift idea and the star print ideal for the festive season and beyond.

my MASKS are eco-friendly, ethically and tailor-made reusable and machine washable face masks, hand crafted by our team of seamstresses in the Cotswolds, using the same techniques as dressmaking.

We upcycle vintage and pre-loved natural fabrics into the front layer of each mask and line with our beautuflly soft and breathable sustainably sourced silk. Each mask has 4 layers and features a unique sculpted design. We have had amazing feedback on the comfort, quality and fit of my MASKS.

Variations

Fabrics available - we have a curated collection of vintage and pre-loved fabrics (silk, cotton and linen) in various colours and prints and in limited quantities. We are always sourcing 'new' colours and prints.

Personalise - you can also choose totally bespoke face masks, by supplying your own cotton, linen or silk fabric which we redesign into your personalised face masks. Your fabric is handcrafted into the front layer, interfaced and lined with our sustainably sourced silk. We send you a prepaid mailing bag to supply your fabric to us. (Full details of our personalised/own fabric masks are on our Storefront page).

Available in 3 sizes - small (for younger children), medium (for women and older children) and large (for men).

Occasion masks - we have a selection of fun upcycled fabrics which we redesign into party, Christmas and occasion masks - think sparkly, black velvet and metallic! These masks are not all made from natural fabrics, but from various pre-loved and vintage fabrics. Unlike other my MASKS, 'occasion' masks are not designed for frequest use and washing. The deal gift.

Slogan masks - we also handmake and hand print a collection of my MASKS which feature the Mama Life London 'Be kInd. Always!' slogan. You can choose to add the slogan to this mask.

Front layer - handcrafted from upcycled 100% white cotton with yellow stars.

Inner layer - handmade from sustainably sourced silk (silver/mint green).

Plus two layers of non-woven interfacing.

WHY THESE FABRICS?

The upcyled woven cotton is a natural and breathable fabric which acts as a mechanical barrier against particles.

The silk lining is a natural fabric and not only beautifully soft, comfortable and breathable on your skin, but acts as a static barrier against particles.

The two layers of non-woven interfacing act as an additional filter and protection as well as giving my MASKS their unique and comfortable sculpted design and fit.

Our soft elastic ear loops are left loose so you can remove and amend/replace if neccessary, for maximum fit, comfort and longevity.

SUSTAINABILITY - we believe strongly in using fabrics already is existence, which is kinder to our planet and helping towards a more sustainable future.

CARE

my MASKS can be machine washed up to 60 degrees, but hand washing is advisable to extend the life of your masks and kinder to the planet. Wash dark colours separately.

Delivery info

As most my MASKS are handmade-to-order (and slogan masks additionally hand printed to order), they do take a little time to produce. We aim to dispatch your completed masks as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days from payment being received (for masks made from our fabrics), or in case of personalised masks, within 7 days from your fabric arriving with us and 7 days for slogan masks. If there is any delay and masks will not be ready within our usual timeframe, we will contact you to inform you and do all we can to get your masks to you as quickly as possible.

All masks arrive in recyclable packaging and a small recyclable card is also included with your order to explain about the masks which is particularly helpful should they be a gift.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
