Please note: Because wooden blocks are 100% handmade a degree of natural variation is inevitable. Engraving text and the colour of graphics may vary a bit due to natural features of the wood and the variable nature of natural materials. No two blocks will be the same in wood grain colour or it will look identical like in the photo. This is part of the beauty of wooden products as they have a different patterns.

For the above reasons no refund or replacement can be provided.
