A beautifully practical variation of our highly praised English Oak Door Stops, these have a door slot and carved hand grips (or rope).
Designed especially for Patio and Bifold doors, they are almost guaranteed to hold your door in position, even in the strongest wind, each one custom-made to measure to suit your specific application, and they are really very good at their job. They have "non marking" high density foam rubber pads in the door slot to protect your door and have low profile rubber feet recessed into the base to help it grip the floor.
These doorstops are unique to The Natural Wood Company, it is our own design.

Doorstop Measurements
The doorstop in the diagram is the standard size at a chunky 200mm deep and 200mm wide, with a height of 250mm, this doorstop weigh's approx 5 - 7 kg
To make this fit your door, all we need from you is: (see diagram in product pictures)
Measurement A. The measurement from the base of your door to the floor.
Measurement B. The thickness of your door.
Measurement C. This is the height of the slot, (from the base of your door to the glass) standard size is 80mm.

Made from
Our Door Stops are made from locally sourced air dried and Kiln dried English Oak, hand selected for its outstanding grain pattern and fantastic natural colours.
The Oak used is a completely dried, stable material that will not develop any splits or cracks. Please note: We make this product from Oak as Oak is so strong and resilient, and with a little care and attention this product will last for decades. They are protected with several good coats of Tung oil before they leave us (top up bottles available to buy in our shop), so if it rains, and they get wet, they will be completely fine, however instead of leaving them out in the rain, we would recommend you dry them off and put them under cover until you need them again.
