Stunning botanical earrings, made with hand beaten stainless steel at our studio in Cornwall. Ready to gift, packaged with magic and joy.
Our 'Gossamer Hellys' design features a delicate Lily of the Valley bloom, a special botanical symbol worn as part of the annual Flora Day celebrations in South Cornwall where our studio is based.
Made from sustainable stainless steel, we craft the beautiful hammered texture by beating the steel on a series of anvils to achieve a unique twinkling finish.
Our earrings come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, tied up with pretty twine and posted using recyclable, plastic free packaging. Ready to gift, the ideal size to pop straight through the letterbox.
'Hellys' is the old Kernewek (the Cornish Language) name for the ancient market town of Helston. Every year on the eighth of May people come from miles around to celebrate Flora Day, said to be one of the oldest customs still thriving in the UK.
These earrings are mounted onto silver plated ear wires as standard, with the additional option of solid 925 sterling silver ear wires. Both are hypoallergenic, though for super sensitive ears we recommend solid 925 sterling silver.
Should you experience irritation with any of our ear wires we will always try to help, and find replacements wherever possible.
