This personalised dog ID tag is handmade in a shell shape.
There is complementary engraving of your details on the reverse of the tag, please fill in the boxes provided.Your tag will be hand cut from thick brass sheet, then sanded and polished to achieve a beautiful finish, it will then be engraved to be customised for you.
It is a legal requirement in the UK for your dog to wear identification when out in public places, which should include your surname and address including postcode (door number and postcode is usually sufficient). Complimentary engraving of your details is provided for your dog tag, please fill in the personalisation boxes if you require this, you do not have to fill in every box.
