HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

In the first dropdown, choose whether you’d like to include a header card - if chosen, please select which header card style you would like: Top Table or Find Your Seat

Then select the number of table cards required

Once you have submitted your personalisation form, we will move your order into production

Please fill out your form as required, making sure that you have included your order number.
You don’t need to use the same text or layout as shown in the product images - these are simply examples and can be used as inspiration.
In the first dropdown, choose whether you’d like to include a header card - if chosen, please select which header card style you would like. You can then personalise this with your own custom text.
Then choose the number of table cards required - please note that you can have table names instead of numbers.
For each table number card, please enter your guest list details in the following format:

Jacob Smith
Eleanor Smith
Louise Jones
Michael Williams
David Williams
Pauline Williams
Please send your list through with one guest name per line. Do not separate guest names via commas - this will delay your order.
Your personalisation will appear exactly as entered, so please double-check this before submitting your form.
