TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE please follow these steps:
> Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
> Go to ‘My Orders’
> Click ‘Contact Seller’
> Attach image ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered)
> Click Submit
Alternatively, if you have trouble with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
We recommend the photo size to be a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels
PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not square - i.e rectangle - will be cropped to fit the arch shape. We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please open an enquiry after ordering, to request a proof, or for any other issue. We will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures.
