TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE please follow these steps:
> Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
> Go to ‘My Orders’
> Click ‘Contact Seller’
> Attach image ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered)
> Only one image can be attached per enquiry.
> Click Submit
Alternatively, if you have trouble with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: Images will be cropped to fit a rectangular image. We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please open an enquiry after ordering, to request a proof, or for any other issue. We will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures. If you would like any other details included please let us know at the time of ordering
PLEASE NOTE: OSB - will have more texture due to the material being used (Oriented Standard Board) the consistency of the chip board varies and can affect how the photo is shows on the board, we do not recommend choosing the OSB option if you are wanting to use a portrait or detailed image as this may distort in print.
