I founded Oh So Bello to bridge fashion-forward, work-life goods that are intimately relevant to women and help women grow in time, money, and life management. I do this with sustainable, animal-free leather goods that equip women to stand out and engage equitably while solving the problem of environmental pollution. I imagine a world where women are empowered to become more and, in return, change the world around them. I aim for my designs to ignite the dreams of ambitious women and inspire them to live elegantly, organised, and meaningful lives.

Oh So Bello MADE WITH LOVE

It's not just the paper that makes Oh So Bello, it's the exceptional quality and detail that goes into every single product that is made in our studio in Dublin

Oh So Bello is focused on creating individualised planners, notebooks, notepads, and other various planning products for people looking to simplify their planning process and plan the way they want to. Each order is created and fulfilled on-demand as all planners are completely customisable, with no two planners being the same (unless that is what you want).

The initial thoughts of Oh So Bello came when I was searching for a gift for my boyfriend. I knew that I wanted to buy a planner, but after searching our community and the web, I kept coming up short. I found that I had two problems. 1) I could not agree on what made the perfect planner, and 2) I could not find a planner that could fulfill my necessary requirements.

I decided that I wanted to build a product that allowed everyone to have exactly what they wanted in a planner-- I wanted to give everyone the ability to create their perfect planner.

Delivery

Tracked delivery is by An Post. We dispatch our orders within 1-2 days. Our delivery date, is estimated and while we always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times, there may be rare occasions where factors outside our control can affect these times, such as An Post delays.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging along with the receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:?

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
