Our knife making packages, attract chefs, Forged in Fire fanatics, hunters and knife enthusiasts, from all over the UK and beyond, to come and forge their own knife with us.
The 'Forge Your Own Knife Package' would make the perfect 'His and Hers' gift and is also ideal for small group parties who want to come and learn a traditional craft. The perfect, unique gift to celebrate Christmas, Birthdays or a Special Occasion.
Variations
Part of the beauty of this experience is in the design process, which will guided and supported by our expert team! We offer a number of designs, however we are more than happy to work with you to design your bespoke knife, provided this is achievable within the allocated timeframe.
All of our experience packages are taught in a relaxed and friendly environment where you will be made to sweat but will leave at the end of the day with a blade that you will cherish forever - along with a special memory and story to be told.
From start to finish, it is a very much "hands on" day that will enable you to forge your own knife, which can be either used (with care) or displayed with pride!

VALIDITY PERIOD : Voucher holders must book and redeem their place on the experience within 18 months of the order date.

To book your voucher there is a £1.50 booking fee. Weekends do have to be booked well in advanced, please book as soon as possible to secure a your booking.

DURATION: The duration of the day is approx 6 hours
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Participants are to be over 18 years old and must provide ID on arrival. Suitable for beginners through to advanced - we tailor the day to suit the abilities of all our guests. The package runs Monday - Saturday all year around, with the exception of public bank holidays and Sundays. Please be aware Saturdays do need to be booked in advance.
For those who are not quite sure blacksmithing is for them, however would like to share in the experience as much as possible, our woodland area and showroom is available with a viewing area.

During your time with us, you can enjoy lunch either in the country air in our picnic area or, if you prefer, take advantage of our Forge Den or Woodlands Huts. We do welcome family and friends to join you for lunch and to share in your experience as a blacksmith. There is choice of hot drink or cold drinks on site, as well as a choice of a cake or a snack from the tuck shop.We are very lucky to have a partnered up with our local farm shop who supplies us with delicious home cooked Pies, Pastries, and so much more.Our fridge is stocked well with a hearty selection and ready for you to warm up and enjoy. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic lunch from home.

VOUCHER: All voucher purchases come complete with a digital e-voucher, which is sent to you via the NOTHS platform and can be printed at home or forwarded on.
However, for £5 extra, you can choose a premium printed voucher with a gorgeous finish and gold leaf details – perfect to put inside a card. If you’d like the premium printed option, simply select that as an add-on when buying your voucher.
