When designing the dress we were keen for them to be comfortable and practical as well as beautiful. The dresses can be hand washed or washed in the machine at a low temperature. We make all of the dresses to order and so please allow 4 weeks. This does also mean we can customise the dress and if you would like to make any alterations or require a made to measure service please just contact us.
All our standard (age 1-13) dresses are returnable or exchangable. We just ask that you return them in original condition within 30 days of receiving them.
