Simply enter the personalisation you would like, per line as guided in the boxes to create a card that they will not forget. The first three lines are required, the 4th and 5th are not required.
The card is left blank inside, so you can write to your heart's content. Or you can choose to add a message so you can send it direct to the recipient!
