It can provide a full single charge to various phone models (70 - 90% for some models from iPhone 7 onwards) and comes complete with an integrated Mico SD-USB cable and lightning fitting for the iPhone 5 and 6,7,8,9 and 10. Please note that this will not fit newer Samsung models (after 2018).
It is slightly thinner than an iphone6 and smaller in size than an iphone6. It contains one just under one single charge (depending on your phone) , so it's perfect to bring with you everyday, charge it at night with your phone and never run out of battery the next day!
