Otis Jaxon use only exceptionally high quality Sterling Silver, 18kt gold and fresh water pearls in our designs. We have for many years worked with the same small team of craftspeople who are directly employed by our company and all of whom we know on first name terms.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class post to deliver our items, which has a delivery estimate of 3-4 working days. Whilst most items arrive within this timeframe, this cannot be guaranteed – please be patient if your order takes a little longer to get to you.
