Learn to make your own French pastis at home with this kit, featuring ingredients for three unique recipes: Classique, Rosé, and Épicé.
The kit includes all the pastis ingredients and tools you’ll need to get started: whole star anise to give your pastis its telltale flavours, premium botanicals such as aniseed, liquorice root, caraway seeds, hibiscus and freeze-dried raspberries to make your pastis even tastier, pastis infusing tools, including a metal sieve, reusable cotton filter, funnel, and measuring scoops to simplify the infusing process, as well as detailed instruction booklet that will guide you through each step. You’ll only need to supply 500ml vodka per recipe, as well as an empty container.
The kits makes three 500ml batches of pastis.
