There is a 15-character limit for each word.
You can enter any words you like. For example, BEST FRIEND is classed as 1 word as it's under the 15 character limit.
For best results please use a mixture of word lengths and avoid using the 15 character limit for every entry.
Proofs cannot be issued for this product and words are added to the design at random, and in no particular order.
There is a minimum 4-character requirement for the main word.
If your main word is long, then we may need to design it in landscape rather than portrait. We will contact you to confirm this - please check your junk folder as we will continue with your order within 24hrs.
Framed orders are exempt from Express delivery as they take +3 days to make and dispatch.
All words are upper case.
