Made in a small family workshop in Rajasthan using traditional, eco friendly methods.
This writing set contains 20 sheets and 10 envelopes of handmade recycled cotton paper and comes packaged in a beautiful sari fabric covered box
Due to their recycled and handmade nature the paper is beautifully uniqe. Every sheet has character and occasionally can even feature splashes of petals interwoven into the paper.

Made from
The paper is made from cotton left over from the massive Indian garment industry. Only unbleached cotton is used so no chemicals are present.
The stunning sari used to cover the box is sourced from Varanasi, one of the most religious cities in the world and a centre of excellence for sari making.
The paper is hand made using cotton rags, it doesn’t contain any chemicals as only unbleached cotton is used. It is made by charity in rural Rajasthan that promotes women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages.
The paper is an off white colour, very textured and might have a splash of petals. Please note, we don't recommend using fountain pen with this type of handmade paper.
