This plain journal features a brown ribbon bookmark, button clasp to keep it closed, and a useful buffalo pen loop on its side. The perfect gift for a budding author, recipe-writer, note-taker, or diary-keeper.
Expertly crafted using both contemporary and traditional methods, each one is ready to withstand any knocks and bumps on their journeys with you. The buffalo leather used for the cover is a by-product of the meat industry in India and is tanned using only natural dyes. Protected with natural oils, it will soften and age beautifully.

The stamps we use are only uppercase letters in one typeface, and we have these punctuation .,’!?/- and special characters @&#+=♥★ÆŒ to choose from. Unfortunately, we do not have accents, colon, or semicolon stamps.

This leather product was ethically handcrafted by the incredibly talented artisans at Handicraft Villa in India.
As members of Sedex, one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers, they aim to improve working conditions in global supply chains. We are fortunate enough to be able to visit twice a year to ensure they continue to conform to Fair Trade principles.
The unlined pages are created from khadda paper (also known as kaddi or khaddi). This sustainable material is crafted by hand from recycled cotton, salvaged from the huge waste of the Indian garment industry. Only unbleached cotton is used, ensuring the paper is acid-free. The lined pages are FSC certified.
Great as a travel journal or simply as a gift to someone special. These fabulous leather journals are handmade from genuine buffalo leather by skilled artisans in India. The leather is protected with natural oils to give it a lovely rich finish and make it hard-wearing. Don't worry, we wouldn't send you a journal that we wouldn't love to own ourselves.
