The soft buffalo leather cover is filled with pages of dyed, unlined deckled edge khadda paper. The Tree of Life traditionally symbolises personal growth, strength, and beauty. Lightly textured and luxuriously thick, it feels beautiful to write, draw, or paint on. While it's perfect for ball-point pens, gel pens, or watercolours, we wouldn't recommend it for use with fountain pens.
The semi-precious stones stitched onto these journals are unique by nature so they may differ slightly.

This leather product was ethically handcrafted by the incredibly talented artisans at Handicraft Villa in India.
As members of Sedex, one of the world’s leading ethical trade service providers, they aim to improve working conditions in global supply chains. We are fortunate enough to be able to visit twice a year to ensure they continue to conform to Fair Trade principles.
The pages are created from khadda paper (also known as kaddi or khaddi). This sustainable material is crafted by hand from recycled cotton, salvaged from the huge waste of the Indian garment industry. Only unbleached cotton is used, ensuring the paper is acid-free.
Great as a travel journal or simply as a gift to someone special. These fabulous leather journals are handmade from genuine buffalo leather by skilled artisans in India. The leather is protected with natural oils to give it a lovely rich finish and make it hard-wearing. Don't worry, we wouldn't send you a journal that we wouldn't love to own ourselves.
