For the last 12 months we've been trying to create a unique product for pet parents.

Our pet's are like family and it's not a nice fact of life that they grow old alongside us. What started out as a way to treasure an ageing pet has expanded to celebrating all the lovely little moments as a pet owner - a new kitten or new puppy, your furry friend's birthday, the moment you bring them to their forever home. We now have people using our kits to get their pet's pawprints tattooed!

Our stamp allows you to capture high-quality prints of your pet's paws, without your pet's paw touching any ink, so it's completely mess free.

We offer gift sets and personalised kits, so you can capture your pet's paws on a custom print with their name on, for that extra special touch.

Delivery

We process orders placed between Monday-Friday within 48 hours. Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on Monday morning. Your order will be posted using Evri Next Day Tracked Service. Terms and Conditions

If you have any issue with your order (no matter how big our small!), please contact us and we will do our very best to help. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us! Please see our Returns Policy below.

Kits

If you are looking to return your kit, please contact us with a description of why you are looking to make the return. To be eligible for a return, your stamps must be unused and sent back to us in their original packaging plus themed card within 14 working days of placing your order.

We will not accept kits for return where the ink has been used, or where the product/packaging has been damaged. Once we have received your return and carried out an inspection of the product, we will notify you of your refund via email. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on used items. Please allow 7-14 working days for your refund to be processed.

Please note, we offer free shipping and so we do not cover return postage costs.

Frames - We take a photo of each frame before posting and carefully bubble wrap. If a frame is damaged during shipping, please get in touch with photographic evidence and we will send you a new one. We will then seek compensation from Evri/Royal Mail.

Faulty items

If you experience any issues with your kit in terms of damage/faulty items, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Please remember, we are a small business. If there is an issue with your product, please work with us to resolve it.
