Whilst being a personal trainer for female clients I realised so many of us are stuck in this rat race of life where self care and wellbeing is put on the back burner. I started to supply my clients with high quality magnesium salts to soak in after sessions. They became hooked.

I wanted my own wellbeing rituals to be shared and to help many others find some 'time out'. This is where the crystal bottles and dry brushes came in. These small practices can really add up to big changes in our overall wellbeing.
