The stone is a Cubic Zirconia (CZ). which is a manmade crystalline form of zirconium dioxide, developed as a substitute for diamonds. It is more durable and has better light refraction than glass alternatives. Please note colours may change tone or hue in different lights. Due to these being representative of the gemstone for each birth month some of the months have similar colours as is the case with the natural stone.
