About Penny Lindop Designs
Quirky hand finished art and cards to make you smile.
Penny Lindop Designs was started in 1998 when Penny designed her first few sheep cards and pictures. The range has greatly increased to include all manner of beautiful animals, birds and flowers created in her distinctive ink and watercolour style, before being hand finished with real sheep's wool.
My name is Sarah and I bought Penny Lindop Designs from the original owner in 2019 after Penny decided to retire. I worked with Penny for over 5 years, and am passionate about both wildlife and the British countryside. We live in rural Norfolk and have a small menagerie of geese, hens, cats and bees!
The Penny Lindop Designs team is now based in a separate studio creating cards, stationery and art work in the middle of Norfolk. We love animals, and it would seem that you do too. Our animal designs are all hand finished with our signature finishing touch of real sheep’s wool. These are distinctive creations which simply make people smile.
Whether you are looking for a card, a special gift or a little treat for yourself, our work is full of joy and offers something just a little bit different.

About Penny Lindop Designs
Sustainable and Caring
We are passionate about our raw materials and where they come from. Handmade papers, made as part of a Water Aid project, are used for some of our artwork - their production is sustaining a whole community in India where they are made. All of our wool comes from the UK and our outer packing is all fully recyclable. In addition, any packaging that we receive from our suppliers is then re-used - very little is wasted.
Our Products
Delivery
If we have your items in stock we will dispatch them within 5 days of receiving your order. However, as our products are handmade please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or, for larger orders, our courier service. If your goods arrive damaged or faulty you must not accept or sign for them and inform the courier of this fact, they will then be returned to us and we will make the necessary enquires with the courier as to the reason for this.
Our courier will deliver the goods to the address stated at the time of order. If you provide us with a telephone number at the time of order we will put this on the address label for the courier to contact you should they find you out at the time of delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery a call card will be left and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery, if this is not done within 7 days the goods will be returned to us and you will incur a further delivery charge if redispatched.

Terms and Conditions
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations, especially in colour, will occur since each piece is individually hand finished. We used both naturally coloured and dyed fleece in our work, and hence there is some variation.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. We will offer alternative options or refund payment in full.
