In order to send us your image please following the instructions below:
TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE please follow these steps:
Log on to your notonthehighstreet.com customer account;Click your name at the top of the page and go to ‘My Orders’;Find the relevant order and click the blue ‘Contact Seller’ button; andUpload your photos using the text box at the bottom of the page (you are able to select more than one photo at a time by holding the ctrl button whilst selecting your photographs or highlighting a range of photos if you are on a Mac). Please note you have to provide text in the text box for photographs to upload successfullyWe understand that some customers may need extra support, so please do direct customers to our Customer Service team at [email protected] or on 0203 318 5115 if necessary.
We recommend your send us square images with a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels to ensure that your print is of the best quality. If your image is not square it will be cropped to ensure it looks the best it can do to fit into the square style design.
