These personalised wedding favour embossers have a practical design with an extra loop edge allowing you to easily pull the cookie press cleanly off your fondant. For best results we suggest using the cookie cutter you used to bake your biscuits, to first cut the fondant rounds for the top of your wedding favours. Once these have been cut gently, but firmly press the embosser onto the cut fondant circle. We have found we get best results when you use a small rolling pin across the top of the cookie press. Do not press too hard so as to flatten the fondant further. If you are not quite happy with the depth of the embossing, it is easy to replace the cookie press on top and press a little more firmly.
These fondant cookie presses are made in house. They are designed by us and engraved and cut on our laser engraving machines in our workshop. This personalised fondant biscuit embosser is the perfect size for a 7cm wedding favour biscuit. We can make these larger or smaller dependent on your requirements but there would be an extra charge for any alterations to the standard fondant press design.
