These handcrafted tealight holders are hand cut and sanded down to reveal the beautiful oak grain hidden for so many years. No two are the same and the characteristics they will show are never clear until they are completed. The oak may already be a hundred years old before it is used in cask making and these pieces will be enjoyed for many years to come now that their useful life as a cask is over. Ideal table decoration or stocking filler.
Variations
The beautiful oak grain is enhanced with either a light oil finish or a dark oak stain. Please specify requirements.

No two staves are the same size but typically these holders are around 13cm long and 6-8cm wide.
Made from
This tealight holder is handmade from the oak staves of Scotch whisky barrels. As with any candle product care should be taken while burning and should not be left unattended. The metal cups will accept both the shallow and deep type of tealight.
