MAKING UP ORDER:
Please note most items are made to order, which generally takes about a 5days/1week currently. As soon as the order is made up and ready to be dispatched, we will message courier and tracking details. We will need an email address and telephone number for the courier company to send you notifications of delivery as well as getting in touch in case of any problems.
DELIVERY:
We currently only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery is weekdays only, no Saturday deliveries. Delivery is 3-5 days as it’s a bulky item.
Please note that as wood is a natural product there maybe some variations in colours and finish.
Aftercare (Wood):
Should be lightly wiped with a dry, non abrasive material (nothing harmful eg bleach or harsh cleaning sprays)
