Our pre-designed collections are passionately refined to produce unique suites that can be altered to perfectly suit your day. Our designs are hand painted and designed in-house, making each piece truly unique.
If you love our style and would like to have something designed especially for you, get in touch to discuss your ideas. We understand that each wedding is unique and for this reason, we never sell the same bespoke design twice guaranteeing individuality with each and every custom order.
We are a nature loving, responsible company, only using recycled and FSC certified stocks and we promise to plant 100 trees every year, ensuring that our environmental impact is as low as possible.

Delivery
SAMPLE TURNAROUND:
Dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery if you are outside of the UK.
ORDER TURNAROUND:
After you have sent across your final wording, proofs will be sent back to you via email within 2-3 working days. Orders will be dispatched by courier or with Royal Mail within 10-15 working days of print sign off. You will be sent a dispatch email, upon receipt of which you should allow 3-5 days for delivery. Where possible, you will be informed of any delays via email. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery if you are outside of the UK.
CUSTOMS, TAX & DUTY CHARGES:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check any customs, tax or duty charges, relevant to the delivery destination, which may be payable before placing an order, the onus will not be on Pingle Pie to pay any such charges should they be made.
