The glass is brilliant lead-free crystal and is dishwasher safe.

This beautiful glass can be personalised - you can select from the choices provided, or add your own word in place of where we have shown 'Grandad' on the glass used in the photos. You can also add your own, short personalised message underneath the 'World's Best.....' design. The personalisation is engraved in the font shown pictured and we ask you to please limit your personalisation to 2 lines of text with a maximum of 14 characters per line. Any longer, makes it very difficult to read. Please enter the personalisation you would like in the personalisation box provided. We will engrave *exactly* what you write in this box, so please make sure you double check for spelling etc before submitting your order.You must make doubly sure that what is written in that personalisation box is exactly what you want to appear on the glass. Please do message us to double check if you are unsure - before placing your order - as we do not accept returns on personalised items.

All the engraving and personalisation is done by us in our own home studio. We do not use a third party or outsource this. We engrave it all ourselves with our top of the range, professional laser engraver. We can amend the design if you would like something else, but for the purposes of this listing, the item is the item pictured with only the name changed. Please do not place an order for something else without contacting us first to check we are able to do it. We cannot, for example, engrave emojis as these are subject to copyright. Personalisation means 'add a name' for the purposes of this listing.
