Customisation is available for standard English alphabet letters and numbers; special characters are not supported. We will place the motif (rainbow, heart or star) to suit the text layout.
Please ensure to review the spelling of any personalised text, as we will replicate it exactly as you have instructed us. If you've employed all capitals, we'll maintain that formatting, for instance.
If you're having a short inscription instead of just a single name, we'll choose and apply the font we believe works best unless you've specified your preferences.
For items being sent straight to the recipient, we can add a free printed gift note or for that extra special touch add a luxury A6 folded greetings card. If a gift message is provided the card will be hand written by us. If no gift message is left the card will arrive blank in eco wrapping. The card includes an envelope. Please note that free printed gift notes are printed and the greetings card are hand written.
