The Family Names Heart necklace is handmade with three smooth hearts, linked together and suspended on a beautiful trace chain. Each delicate heart has a different hue- starting with sterling silver, cascading through to 18ct rose gold plate and 18ct yellow gold plate
Different chain lengths are also available.

The necklace is handmade from sterling silver with 18ct gold yellow & rose plate.
Dimensions
Outside diameter of the large heart measures 1.7cm, medium heart measures 1.5cm and the small heart measures 1.2cm. Please note: the hearts are free to move on the pendant rather than soldered into one fixed position. Hand-stamping is in a 1 mm font running horizontally around the heart.
