We do advise that gold-plating/rose gold plating is a finish and this can wear away over time. It can be affected by elements such as exposure to water, heat, chlorine. Chemicals found in body products/perfumes etc. and different skin types. We are happy to re-plate items that have the gold plating worn away within the first 3 months of purchasing however beyond this time there is a small re-plating charge. To avoid continual re-plating 9ct pure gold is the best option.
Our gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test (BS EN 1811:1998 and BS EN 12472) therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.
The 'black finish' is a by-product of the polishing process and leaves the letters with a black fill, which can fade over time. We do suggest that if you want to prolong this finish on your jewellery, it is advisable not to expose it to perfume, chlorine, cosmetics and body lotions. Humidity and body oils may also cause discolouration of silver. We do offer a jewellery maintenance service for your silver jewellery at a cost of £10.00 plus postage. This includes a high shine re-polish, along with the re-application or removal of the black fill if required. This can be purchased via our site, enlisted as ' Jewellery Maintenance Service'. Please note, the black finish cannot be applied to gold/rose gold plated items.

All of our bangles are sized at approx 6.5cm internal diameter as standard. If you require a smaller size (approx. 6cm) please get in touch..
We advise a maximum 55 characters around the circumference of the bangle inclusive of spaces.
The handstamping is in a 1.5 mm font and runs in a horizontal text direction.
