A beautiful, Personalised Mini Heart Necklace handmade in sterling silver with your special word hand stamped on one side of the pendant.

This design is an incredibly popular option to show that very special person just how much they mean to you in a discreet way. The small hearts can each be personalised with up to six letters. It comes on a thin 16 or 18" trace chain and can be mixed and matched as a cluster or worn singularly. Please note, if no personalisation is entered into the personalisation box the heart will be left blank.

Each item is individually handmade in the Posh Totty Designs workshop in Brighton. The personalisation is hand stamped rather than machine engraved, as such, any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.
