Please note, we do not process our photographs or place them in your frame. We ask that you do this once your order has arrived.

If you've selected for us to print and frame your image, please take a look at the following information:

1. Think about the shape of the window, we may have to crop your photo slightly so keep the main focus central.

2. Please send over a good quaility high resolution photo.

3. We are unable to edit or retouch any photos. What you send over is what will go into the frame.

4. If you can attach the photos to your order after purchasing, this will ensure we're able to get your frame made up as quickly as possible and prevent delay.
