Karkom Gin is an exclusive, limited release gin made using seven different botanicals and aromatic plants and starring Saffron La Mancha D.O. The result is a premium gin with an aromatic and balanced presence from the star ingredient - saffron. Other botanicals used in the distillation of Karkom Gin are juniper, cardomom, nutmeg, licorice, smoked thyme and smoked rosemary.
Distilled three times, it has a manicured golden colour due to the infusion of saffron, which is added at the end of the distillation process to maintain the aroma and colour.
Best served on ice with a good quality tonic and a generous twist of orange peel ! Alternatively drink on it own very chilled!
