Turron Yema from Alicante
The small family firm of Coloma Garcia make turron using traditional methods and equipment. Turron yema is a soft turron with a marzipan type texture, made with marcona almonds, honey, egg yoke, cinnamon and sugar.
Turron is traditional in Spain at Christmas time but is delicious to eat all year round.
Try with a mid-morning coffee or as a sweet accompaniment to a post dinner digestive/coffee!
