Our Rhum spiced cake baked in a Weck jar is rich & light and soaked with our aged rhum sirop.
This Rhum cake is a perfect treat for French food & rhum lovers. The raisins & sultanas in our cake are heavily drunk on rhum. Each batch of fruits are soaked in our aged rhum for 3-6 months.
The cakes are baked in our REUSABLE Weck jar. Each jar is accomplanied by a little bottle of our special Rhum sirop for additional sprinklings.
