Origin chandeliers are our signature design. These chandeliers will transform any room and create a unique centrepiece for the space. The chandeliers are all designed and handcrafted in our London studio with beautiful individually blown glass spheres. The central light sources are surrounded by the blown glass spheres so the light projects beautiful shapes and colours onto the surrounding ceiling and walls. The chandeliers are sculptural objects that are just as beautiful unlit.

Variations
This chandelier is available in a range of designs, each featuring different coloured glass. See each model name on the images of this listing. If you adore the neutrals in the Odette but fancy adding a splash of colour or love the Octavia but would prefer teal over lime, we can adjust these for you.
You can choose the colour of your frame and whether it is flush to ceiling or suspended below the ceiling.
The width of the chandelier is fixed but you can choose how long your would like the drop of glass to be; 35cm, 50cm, 60cm, 70cm or 80cm. Suspending the chandelier below the ceiling will lower the piece into a more central position in the room.
Dimensions
The chandelier frame is 55cms wide. The spheres protrude a little beyond the edges of the frame to give a width, at the widest point, of approximately 60cm.
The standard chandelier is 50cm long, comprising 15cm above the frame and a 35cm drop of glass. The drop of glass can be increased, if required. The distance above the frame can also be increased.
If you choose the flush to ceiling frame, the frame lip is 5cm deep and there is a 1cm shadow gap between the top of the frame and the ceiling. Based on the minimum drop of glass of 35cm, this gives a shortest possible length from the ceiling to the bottom of the lowest sphere of 41cm.
The approximate chandelier weight is as follows: 35cm long 11-13kgs, 50cm long 13-15kgs, 60cm long 15-17kgs, 70cm long 16-18kgs and 80cm long 18-20kgs.
Made from
The gorgeous glass spheres are individually blown in the UK and Europe and are made to our exact specification. Most of our chandeliers feature spheres with different textures to introduce additional variety and interest.
Individually, each sphere is a thing of beauty so you can imagine the effect of 40 or more together.
Each chandelier also features a number of small solid clear glass spheres which work beautifully with the blown glass, reflecting the surrounding colours and shapes.
The chandelier frames are made to order by our specialist metal worker. We have worked with our metal workers for over 15 years and they are neighbours of ours in South London.
When your chandelier frame has been made it is plated or powder coated in your chosen colour finish.
Each chandelier features three strong central light sources which are concealed by the surrounding glass spheres. The light bulbs are E27, are dimmable and are LEDs so extra long life. They are suspended from twisted fabric cable in a colour to match your frame.
The chandelier can be easily dusted with a micro fibre cloth or similar. For a deep clean, each globe can be polished with a glass cleaner and the frame can be cleaned with a metal polish. The light bulbs are easy to change and equivalent LED lightbulbs to the ones we supply are readily available or can be ordered through us.
We supply the three LED dimmable lightbulbs which should last approximately 15,000 hours.
