Letter spacing: Be aware that joined-up handwriting may affect the final embroidered result

Layout flexibility: We may need to adjust the positioning of your design to fit our embroidery hoop

Once digitised, if the design goes over our standard number of stitches/takes more than 15 minutes to embroider, we may need to charge extra.
