Please note, the size small sweatshirt in dusky pink standard cannot be embroidered as the cuff is too small.
To create your sweatshirt:
1. Choose the Sweatshirt colour, size and embroidery colour that you would like the design to appear in.
2. After checkout, Submit an order enquiry and upload the image of your chosen message. Please ensure that the writing is clear, solid design and stands out in the image.
If the text is from a larger piece of writing, please message us to let us know the text that you would like stitching.
Our embroidery space is approx 6cm x 4cm on the cuff so the design may need to be edited to fit this space.
TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
- Go to ‘My Orders’
- Click ‘Contact Seller’
- Attach the image making sure to label the image in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered) We recommend using your Customer Name.
> Click Submit
If you have any issues with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
We recommend to upload a minimum photo size of 400 x 400 pixels
Personalised items are exempt from the usual returns and exchange procedure so please get it touch before ordering if you have any queries.
Once digitised, if the design goes over our standard number of stitches/takes more than 15 minutes to embroider, we may need to charge extra.
