James Smith And Son Umbrella Shop Risograph Print

Come rain or shine, James Smith & Son has been selling umbrellas since 1830 and the distinctive shopfront is a delight! This is a three colour risograph print, in red, green and black inks.

Riso printing is an environmentally friendly printing process which uses soy-based inks and prints each colour as a separate layer. The nature - and charm - of the process means that there can be slight irregularities in the prints.

The print is sold unframed but will fit a standard A4 or A3 frame. An A4 print will be sent flat, carefully protected with cardboard, and an A3 print will be rolled and posted in a robust cardboard tube.
