This trio of seasonings & jam is an ideal self-gifting idea for anyone that loves cooking meat, especially on the BBQ. The rubs are designed to match specific meats in order to compliment all flavours and the jam can be used as a glaze for meat or as a dipping sauce.
BBQ Rub for Pork:
Our BBQ Rub for Pork infuses the meat with the traditional BBQ flavours we all know and love.
BBQ Salt:
Our award-winning BBQ Salt is a mix of Halen Mon Sea salt blended with Smoked, Roasted Garlic and Charcoal Salts. This will enhance any meat with an extra smoky barbecue flavour.
Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam:
We say this is medium but still produces quite a tickle with the heat. Packed full of smoky notes from the Chipotle and giving a deep chilli flavour. Try on slow cooked beef brisket by brushing all over and put back on the BBQ to glaze and caramelise. Works great on burnt ends, burgers and mixed with sour cream to top a Chilli.
