We ship Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) with either:

Royal Mail 24: which usually takes 1-2 days to arrive from dispatch, however can take up to 5.

Royal Mail ND: this is a guaranteed next day service, meaning your order will arrive the day after dispatch. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If for any reason regarding delays in the postal system your order arrives later than 14 days after postage we can offer you a refund for the item only.

A few details:

• Our brownie boxes are made to order, therefore the presentation may different from the picture slightly.

• Please note if the personalisation exceeds 6 words we will shorten the message and add the full message onto a gift note inside the box.

• Best before 7 days if kept at room temperature or 14 days if refrigerated.

• Our brownies are made in a kitchen which handles dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten. Your brownie box will come with a full list on ingredients information card and allergy advice.

• The brownies are subtable for vegetarians.

• Our brownies are heat sealed to insure freshness.
