All orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class letter post, which is estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail and will be delivered with your usual letter post. This is an untracked service and may arrive after the Royal Mail estimate, depending on delays in the postal network.

This service requires a signature on delivery, so please ensure there'll be someone at your address to accept delivery. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and can be tracked via your order's tracking number once dispatched.
