The piece is made from solid British 925 sterling silver which is prone to tarnishing so please try and keep your jewellery packaged away in its box when it's not being worn, ideally in acid free tissue paper.
Avoid contact with make up, perfumes, creams on the skin and water or chlorine as these may cause the silver to blacken.
To clean the necklace I would recommend buffing it with a silver cloth and occasionally dipping it in Goddard's silver dip (available at most supermarkets). Please don't prolong contact with the dip and thoroughly rinse your piece, ideally gently scrubbing with a soft tooth brush and some washing up liquid before completely drying it.
Water will also weaken the enamel so please avoid swimmimg or bathing in your necklace.
Each bangle is made in 4mm x 2mm oval silver wire and can be ordered in three different sizes: 6cm inner diameter, 6.5cm inner diameter and 7cm inner diameter. You can tick which size you require when ordering. It is often useful to measure the diameter of an existing bangle that fits to confirm the size. Please also allow a little extra room for the bangles to fit to allow for the heart and extra width of the three bangles.
The heart is approximately 2cm across by 2.5cm down depending on the personalisation.
The letters are 2mm in size and are a 'typewriter' style font and are a mix of upper and lower case.
