This three hour hands on cookery class in your favourite Asian cuisine is guaranteed to ignite inspiration in the kitchen!
A perfect gift for both novice and experienced home cooks, you can choose from a variety of cuisines, Dim Sum to Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and more! During this experience you’ll work with new ingredients and equipment, learning how to make the most of both as you work towards creating a delicious meal to enjoy at the end of the class. You’ll leave School of Wok with a new skill and recipes, a great experience, and a signed copy of founder Jeremy Pang’s cookbook; The School of Wok Cookbook.
Location: London’s Covent Garden (nearest tube station Charing Cross).
Duration: 3 hours including dining time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
All ingredients and equipment will be provided, all you need to bring is your curiosity and appetite. For health and safety reasons we ask that you wear flat, closed-toe shoes as you will be working with sharp knives and hot liquids. School of Wok can cater for most dietary restrictions, so please make sure to indicate any allergies when booking! Class size may range from 8-24, with appropriate staff available to insure a personalised experience. Must be a minimum age of 18 to book, or 16 with an accompanying adult.
