A perfect gift for the man who likes to wet shave in comfort. The outer bowl is filled with hot water to keep the soap lather warm whilst shaving.

The advantage of having warm lather is similar to the hot towel barber shop experience which results in a closer shave. The scuttle stays hot for a second or third pass. The tightly radiused top edge of the inner bowl assists with removing lather from the brush.

The soap dish supplied with the scuttle fits neatly on top for storage.

Available in glossy black, ivory with moustache motif and matt antique silver. The antique silver scuttle is glazed in creamware inside to prevent water absorbtion. Where the creamware and antigue glazes meet there is an attractive bleed effect in green.

The nature of the black glaze is such that the pigment in the glaze starts to break over sharper edges which emphasises the product's form. All edges are totally protected from moisture absorbtion.
